This is an upcoming high ceiling conversion (a.k.a. loft addition) that will be converted into a new bedroom with a new bathroom addition.

We plan to leave the space over the living room open-to-below. This portion of the high ceiling will remain. Only the area over the dining room where the chandelier will be filled in to create a new room by our expert niche general contractor.

The TRULOFT design team working hand in hand with CALOFT will make the transition.
