Adobe Bluffs Room Addition

Often times when converting a high ceiling into a new room the exterior windows require some adjustment. This is a before and after view of the rear elevation and side windows that were modified for the new home office and bonus room created inside.

High Ceiling Room Conversion

New project in design, sometimes referred to as a loft addition. This high ceiling will soon be converted into a new open bonus room for the family. We will also be using the area over the dining room to make a larger extended walk-in closet for the master bedroom.

This project is in a neighborhood known as Adobe Bluffs in San Diego. This is a new kind of room addition the neighbors are sure to like.

We turned this high ceiling over the dining room into a new room. This is a relatively small space, but it made for a great workout room / office, with added linen cabinetry in the hallway.
