This high ceiling with a vaulted ceiling over the living room and entry will be turned into a new open second floor open bonus room. Also known as a loft addition or high ceiling conversion.

The stair steps ascending up from the upper landing will be mirrored on the other side to gain access to a whole new area of the home. A large open bonus room is the plan with a wall separating the high end from the low end. The area in the lower side will be classified as storage room.
