Loft Addition (high ceiling conversion) 

This is the third week on the job in the City of Orange. This home's high ceiling is being converted into a new room addition. This is a big project including a new home office, a new walk-in closet and a new on-suite bathroom. 

This is the drywall phase after only 3 weeks of construction. Lots of plastic protection and we're almost done!

Seeing that Stevenson Ranch is a city full of new opportunities. Acknowledging the fact that there are many potential clients waiting for their room addition to be built. We are excited to receive a various amount of potential clients reaching out to TRUPLANS and TRUADDITIONS wanting to see if they could add an open loft or room addition. TRUADDITIONS has successfully completed multiple loft addition projects in Santa Clarita which is the neighboring city. TRUADDITIONS is currently working on researching tracts that have the requirements to add an interior remodel room addition.

The end result with be a new home office, a new walk-in closet and a new on-suite bathroom. The existing bedroom will be made larger due to the fact that we will be removing the existing closet.
