This high ceiling was converted into a new giant bonus room addition. This included a new bathroom addition over the entry. We not only added a loft addition above, we also removed structural walls below to create an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. Wide exterior La Cantina doors added at three locations including access to a new balcony from the open loft.
The step down areas in the living room and family room were leveled to create one seamless open area.
