The secret to our success? It's all about that special touch, the finesse that allows us to seamlessly integrate the new space into the existing structure, creating a look as though it was a part of the home's design from day one.

This home model built by Perry Homes is located in the Star Trail Community of Prosper, Texas. As with most high ceilings, the wasted space hovering overhead is easily converted into new livable space.
