by Loft Dog This is the fifth time we've done this very same model in Encinitas, California. You might see several different design versions coming soon for this home. Watch TRULOFT CONCEPTS design video showing one version of the proposed architect plans. Also stay tuned here of on the Encinitas home page for other versions as well as the final project after shots on TRULOFT CONVERSIONS.

by Loft Dog Corona Designers, Architectural Planners, Structural Engineering and General Contractors This is a straight-forward project of converting a high cathedral style ceiling into a new mezzanine addition with a vaulted ceiling. The ceiling below in the living room and dining room have been normalized. The before and after pictures show how normal the first floor looks even when with one step down into the new loft addition above. San Diego County Before and after video transitions showing all the different angles of this conversion. Sometimes called a "loft additions", but this is way better than just a loft. New valuable living space. Construction by our CALOFT partners Aaron Hernanadez and Luis Salcido cslb 970476 |
