This is a high ceiling conversion in La Habra, California. We converted all that massive space over the living room and dining room into a new large bedroom as well as a small loft addition. The open loft is set up to be a home office while the bedroom addition is currently set up as a huge bonus room.

The ceiling line below is normalized at 9 feet in height.

We'll be turning this high ceiling into a new open loft game room. The step up will match the existing stepped up level on the second floor with an eight foot high ceiling. The first floor is matching the existing at ten feet in height.
