This high ceiling conversion into an upper room became a new home gym. The open-to-below space over the living room in this Long Beach home was converted which required a new structural floor system, window relocation, electrical, mechanical air vents, a closet (mirrored doors) and drywall. The existing architectural ceiling was preserved and blended to match.
