This tract home in Foothill Ranch has a high vaulted ceiling. It is slightly lower than a two story home, but we managed to get the permit for this unique media room addition. It is an open loft addition (not enclosed) with the media components positioned on the low end of the room.

The new windows and rear door exit to a new deck addition which was built at the same time as the high ceiling conversion.
