Dormer or Two Story Room Addition

That is the question for this home in San Diego County in the community of Carmel Mountain Ranch. Therefore, our design tour video shows both options. One with full two-story side to side room addition verses doing a more economical dormer room. Both will used as a new bedroom addition.

We also showed the difference between keeping the fireplace wall downstairs or removing it to make an open concept living space on the first floor.
