Newly Signed Bills by Gavin Newsom May Abolish Single-Family Zoning Laws.

As a planning company in California, Truplans Inc recently received the news that single-family zoning is about to be abolished in our state. As a forward thinking company we decided to research this strange new bill signed by Governor Gavin Newsom just days after apparently winning his recall election.

Truplans is aware that these laws would increase our business as homeowners and developers begin to take advantage of the new laws. These people turn to our company to help interpret the new zoning laws, draw the plans and get the permits. While the new law would temp land owners and developers with opportunity, suburban California homeowners might be in for a rude awakening. We expect push back and I don't blame them.

TRUPLANS INC will be considering whether we should even be offering services to get permits for such projects. At first glance, before we even researched X22 Report, we knew this would have a negative affect on property values and our quality of living in California. To some politicians it appears that the American Dream means to turn California into one huge urban sprawl. With the flood of millions of immigrants coming over the border in recent months I guess it makes perfect sense to them.
