After the existing floor plans are produced in our software program we will need to verify critical measurements.

VERIFY INTERIOR and EXTERIOR PROPERTY SET BACKS
AFTER produce the existing floor plans we must verify both interior dimensions and exterior set backs of the home. And measure all window and door openings.
This is a fairly simply and quick procedure in preparation of the design process.
