High Ceiling Conversion

New high ceiling conversion in Whittier, California. The vaulted ceiling was just high enough to gain a nice bonus room for a cozy TV room. Custom cabinets were installed against the lower end of the loft addition.

The ceiling below was a combination of archictural and structural coffer ceiling. One the cross beams in the four tray coffer was needed for structure, the other was a matching architectural feature to balance the ceiling lines into four rectangular ceiling trays. Great use of space.
