SAN MARCOS PROJECT 5 - VERSION 3

Version 3 - was designed with the door to the new bedroom addition in the new hallway loft. This made enough space in the bedroom to turn the bathroom and walk-in closet length-wise making a more rectangular room.

​Bedroom Addition and Family Band Room

San Diego County
​This spacious vaulted high ceiling in San Marcos, California is about to get a "double up" open-air conversion. The massive area over the entry, living and dining room will give way to a new bedroom/home office addition as well as a second room being designated for the family band practice. We will be adding extra special insulation for the band room to reduce the sound transfer.

This residential home in the city of San Marcos has a very high ceiling. There is so much space here you could get several new room additions all at once. However, we only plan to add a new bedroom addition.

We plan to leave the high ceiling (open-to-below) that is over the living room alone and only fill in the space over the dining room where the chandelier is currently located.
