Oceanside Project Update – A Major High Ceiling Conversion Ahead!
We just kicked off a major project in Oceanside, and this one is packed with upgrades!
This home has a huge high ceiling above the living room — the perfect opportunity to build upward. We’ll be converting that empty space into a brand-new bedroom with a closet and bathroom.
But that’s just the start:
• The existing hallway bathroom is getting expanded.
• A new second-floor laundry room is being added right next to the new bedroom.
• The old first-floor laundry room? That’s becoming a practical new mudroom.
• And both existing bedrooms are receiving a closet modification, converting them into a walk-in closet.
Once complete, the home will gain valuable square footage, better storage, and a much more functional layout.

OCEANSIDE ADU with LOFT ADDITION
A unique combination when we pair an accessory dwelling unit with a loft. This is technically a single story ADU but with a little help from above. 400 sq ft first floor studio style ADU with a non-habitable loft space, great for storage and hanging out reading at the window bench.
