New second story bedroom addition. This is a high ceiling conversion over the living room. The roof needs a lift and a dormer is being designed to provide more head room in this vaulted ceiling space. A dormer is basically a pop up on the roof adding just enough space to gain a new window and full height ceiling in the second floor.
