• Sunken floors were raised on both sides of the house.
• Walls removed on first floor to create open concept.
• High ceiling converted to bonus room with bathroom.
• Extension off the rear of the home (upper deck w/glass railing).
• New wide exterior bi-folding door systems
• Bathrooms remodeled
• New kitchen layout
