CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PREPARED FOR ENGINEER PHASE
Up to this point the process has been 2D and 3D design views. After you approve your design we begin to prepare the more technical aspects of the architectural construction documents for the engineering/structural phase. These typically include the A2 through A5 planning sheets, demo plan, elevations, roof plan, required building code notations and a basic structural overview prepared for the engineer. All of these planning sheets are necessary for the engineer team to properly prepare their structural set.
