This whole house remodel on Marbella in Sea Pointe Estates has a transformation new design. In collaboration with Scott Hess at Concept One Homes Truplans Inc designed an entirely new home right near the entrance of the community. The San Clemente CA remodel includes an expansion of square footage as well as interior design makeover and a whole new face lift for the exterior elevations all around. Architect plans, structural drawings and civil engineering services were all coordinated by Truplans to bring this room addition and makeover to life. Construction is being headed up by Concept One Homes. Modern design using parapets and clean lines are what give this home improvement project it's fresh new clean look. Contrasting materials give it the boldness to stand at the entrance of the Sea Pointe Estates just inside the gate. Watch this page for further updated imagery as the project gets completed.

Ground Up New Home Construction

In collaboration with Concept One Homes and Scott Hess. Truplans made the final approved plans for this new home construction project in the Sea Pointe Estates community. 

Truplans in 2026 is working on two new homes in the Sea Pointe Estates community in collaboration with Concept One Homes by Scott Hess. Remodeling is also within our wheel house. We do new construction and home remodeling throughout San Clemente CA. Sea Pointe Estates just happens to be where we've remodeled at least 10 properties in the past few years. On Marbella Ave this home was added to the vacant lot and Truplans had a hand in making the final corrections and design changes to get the hew home permit over the finish line.

Deck Remodeler San Clemente CA
At the top of Marbella in Sea Pointe Estates we designed a two-tier entertainment deck that overlooks the canyon below. Great for family and friends gathering for an outdoor BBQ at home with an outstanding vantage point. Working with Scott Hess, principal of Concept One Homes was a great experience.
