Major Whole House / Rebuild Makeover
Whole house extension, open concept living, both levels affected. Every room extended, modified or remodeled.
First floor: Removed lots of walls that enclosed this home plus moved kitchen to new location towards garage and added a dirty kitchen. Filled in courtyard and extended rear of home for larger scale luxurious open concept living space, converted casita on front of home to new home gym/work out room, added wine bar near back of house, added wide sliding La Cantina style doors on upper and lower levels. Extended garage! We also changed the entrance from the side of the home to the center.
Second floor: Moved master bath to opposite side of rear master space and enlarged. Created His and Hers walk in closets, sauna, double water closets, filled in courtyard and added bonus room. Extended rear of upper level. Added bathroom to front bedroom, Changed hallway configuration and remodeled space to get an extra bedroom.

Rear elevation room addition by extending the family room towards the backyard. Kitchen remodel and new wide Panoramic or La Cantina style doors. Actually these were Jeld Wen fiberglass exterior folding doors with wood grain on the inside and white exterior finish to match the windows. Three panel folding doors. One left two right configuration.
