​This is a high ceiling conversion design for a remodeling project in Oceanside California about to get started in the construction phase. This interior design shows the high cathedral ceiling becoming not only a new bedroom addition with a walk-in closet, but a new on suite bathroom addition as well as a new second floor laundry room. 

All-in-all it's a lot of new square footage that is being added. The opportunity to gain this valuable space was obvious with the extreme high ceiling height being normalized over the living room and affording a normal second floor addition in place of the empty space above.
