New Loft Extension Coming Soon - Aliso Viejo, CA

A high ceiling conversion doesn't always mean creating an entirely new room. Sometimes, simply extending an existing open loft can make a big difference.

That's the goal for this project. The homeowners want to expand their existing loft, which has already become a popular gathering space for the family. With toys, movie nights, and everyday activities filling the space, a little extra room would go a long way.

The existing open-to-below area is relatively small, limiting the benefit of keeping it open. Extending the loft would create more usable space while bringing the family closer to the rear windows and giving them a better view of the backyard and natural light.

The project is currently in the design phase, with our team developing the plans and 3D concepts. We're excited to see this high ceiling conversion take shape!
