This kind of high ceiling conversion can be a bit tricky to envision. Thankfully, we have our master design team to produce the 3D models showcasing the proposed designs, as well as our awesome video production team to package it all together nicely! 

That empty space above the living room is about to be converted into more livable square footage in the form of a bedroom! That skylight is going to be retained, which will allow for plentiful amounts of natural light to warm the new space. While closets are a standard inclusion with bedroom additions, we're going the extra mile by providing an additional storage closet unit! 

But how about access to the new bedroom? That's where the new hallway comes in. Functionally, it serves as a connection point. However, there's also enough space to set up a small office there as well. Talk about efficiency! 

At first glance, these proposed changes don't look very feasible in this kind of high ceiling space. This is one of the many reasons we go through the effort of producing 3D visuals and wrap them up in a stylish video. These videos serve as evidence that this kind of addition is not only possible, but desirable!
