High Ceiling Conversion

A sloped, vaulted ceiling can prove to be tricky when considering a room addition up there. If we were to keep the ceiling as-is, the most sensible approach would be to add a loft space. This new loft could function as a play room, storage, etc. Going this route would mean that headroom would be a constant concern. 

What this growing family really needed was a new bedroom, but not being able to stand in half the new bedroom just did not sound very appealing. That's when the solution became obvious - build outwards via DORMER ADDITION!

Our expert architectural design team used 3D imagery to showcase what this new room addition would look like, and our client was very pleased. They knew what they were getting with their home renovation long before construction ever started!
