We're about to start another remodeling project in the heart of Laguna Niguel CA on Charmony. We'll converting the high vaulted ceiling that slopes down low on one side to a new two-story bedroom, bathroom and open loft addition. We started out with a loft addition design, but that did not yield enough square footage for the homeowner's needs and the decision was made to raise the whole roof and maximize the living space being added.
