Some very exciting news for the Laguna Niguel community! 

Construction is about to commence for this home. We are set to convert their vaulted high ceiling space into two full-height rooms! This is quite a big undertaking, as this entails a major roof uplift to achieve, but the amount of space gained in this home will be invaluable!

So what rooms are the homeowners gaining? 

#1 - New Full-Height Bonus Room

First order of business is the new bonus room. This will serve as both a cozy lounging area for the family to watch movies in, as well as a play area for the kids. 

The initial design retained the vaulted ceiling line. Not only would this have significantly reduced the amount of space this bonus room would have provided, but the other room would not have even been possible. Speaking of which...

#2 - New Full-Height Bedroom

Next up is the new bedroom - once again a full-height addition. Without raising the roof, this room would not have been possible to build, which is why the homeowners ultimately opted for the roof modification. You know it's a real bedroom when it also has a closet and bathroom as well!

Thanks to the collaboration between TruPlans (architectural design) and TruAdditions (construction), this home will come out absolutely amazing!
