Often times the larger loft additions seem to be the most complicated, but end up being the simplest to design and build. You might think that the smaller loft additions would be easier. Well, this is not always the case. In fact, the smaller the space the more challenging it can become. This model was designed several different ways and we finally ended up with a unique design that utilized the highest portion of the open ceiling space while leaving plenty of high ceiling space. This design video shows this particular model home in Irvine, California yet with a lot of high ceiling remaining undeveloped.
