Oceanside Project – Major New Updates!

We have some exciting new updates for our Oceanside high ceiling conversion project!

Our newest TRULOFT CONCEPTS episode is now live, showcasing the full design proposal for this home. In the video, we walk through a number of major improvements, including:

• A new bedroom with a closet and bathroom
• A new laundry room next to the new bedroom
• An extended corner in the existing hallway bathroom
• Modified closets in two bedrooms - shortened horizontally, but upgraded into walk-in closets
• A normalized ceiling below the new addition

Along with the episode, we’ve added (29) new 3D design images to the project slideshow. Many appear in the video, while others are exclusive to the gallery for a deeper look at the design details.

We’ve also uploaded (4) existing and (4) 3D Design 360° images. These immersive views help you feel the current layout of the home and truly visualize the scale of the new bedroom addition and the spaces being reimagined.

We can’t wait to begin construction and bring these designs to life. This home is already beautiful, and it’s about to get even better. Once completed, you can expect some incredible aftershots!

Guess how many rooms were added in this high ceiling conversion being designed for our CALOFT clients?
Bedroom with walk-in closet, on suite bathroom addition, new second floor laundry and a little remodel to the existing round walls that are getting squared off. New closet configuration in two existing bedrooms.

Alongside the 360° images we released earlier for our upcoming Rancho Cordova high ceiling conversion, we’re excited to share the traditional 3D renderings as well.

This home is scheduled for transformation in 2026, where a massive open-to-below space will be converted into a new bedroom complete with a walk-in closet. It’s a smart way to add livable square footage without expanding the home’s footprint.

These 3D images play a huge role in our design process. They give our clients a clear, accurate preview of their future space - showing the layout, the flow, and the added functionality. By visualizing everything before construction begins, homeowners gain confidence and peace of mind, knowing exactly what they’ll be getting.

Exciting updates for one of our high ceiling conversion projects! 

We have uploaded 3D Design images of our latest project in San Jose. These images demonstrate what we do - convert unused high ceiling space into cozy, functional rooms. In this case, we're turning that vacancy into a new open bonus room! 

Down in the first floor, we went ahead and got rid of the fireplace and inserted some wall niches. This way, our client can put some sentimental knick-knacks or high-class art there. Other than that, it's the usual new normalized ceiling!
